Happy Birthday Xander!

I have been dying to try this for a very long time. My best friend Kourtney showed it to me. I thought this would be awesome for a kid room. Xander will only be 2 so he probably won't totally get it or appreciate it but it is a gift to grow into. Maybe when he is older it will inspire him to be an artist. Or maybe to melt stuff and make messes. My sister will love that :)

My supplies

Crayons are pretty

and super useful

All lined up in a row, ready to be glued

I did this while talking on the phone because my Dad always picks the best times to call :)

Ready for stage 2

Bring the Heat!

first drip

It's like rainbow rain :)

And it was dry in about 10 seconds.

this is how I decorated the wrapping paper.

I found a tutorial for drawing animals on pinterest.

My thought was that Xander could try and name the animals before he opens the present.

I really like the panda

This is the finished product

since it used a paper bag wrapping was pretty easy

slip it in the bag. close the sides around it. tape the back.

I stapled the top so I didn't have to fold over the pictures
And I hot glued a little bow on the corner where the frame poked through :)

 Happy Birthday Xander!
